  • Standard Cutoff: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) typically ship same-day.

  • Express Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

  • Express Eligibility: Limited to eligible ZIP codes; Not available for PO Boxes.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Processing Times

  • SLA: We strive for a processing time of 0โ€“1 Business Day.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before the cutoff generally ship the same day, subject to inventory availability and successful payment verification.

  • After Cutoff: Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next Business Day.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next Business Day.


Free Shipping Policy

  • Eligibility: Free Standard Shipping applies automatically to orders with a Subtotal of $50.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Geography: Valid only for shipments to a single address within the contiguous 48 United States.

  • Exclusions: Oversized or overweight items may incur additional handling surcharges and are excluded from free shipping promotions.

  • Mixed Carts: If your cart contains both eligible and ineligible items, the free shipping logic applies only to the eligible portion; surcharges for ineligible items will still apply.


Special Regions & Address Restrictions

We are committed to serving customers across the U.S., though logistics in certain regions require modified terms.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:

  • No Free Shipping: These regions are excluded from the free shipping threshold.

  • Flat Rate: Standard Shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.99.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5โ€“10 Business Days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO:

  • Shipments must be sent via USPS.

  • Express Shipping is NOT available for these addresses.

  • Delivery timelines may be extended, and specific delivery windows are not guaranteed.


Adult Signature (21+) Requirements

Due to state regulations and the nature of our products, certain orders require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

  • Fee Structure: An Adult Signature fee of $5.00 applies to orders under $100. We cover this fee for orders of $100 or more.

  • Delivery Protocol: The carrier is legally required to check a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery. They cannot leave the package unattended at your door.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must ensure an adult (21+) is present to sign. We do not retain or store your ID details.


Age Verification at Checkout

We utilize a secure third-party service to verify your age at checkout.

  • Process: Verification usually occurs automatically in the background using your name and address.

  • Failure to Verify: If automatic verification fails, you may be asked to upload a photo of your ID. Orders will not ship until age verification is successful.

Taxes, Surcharges & Price Changes

  • Sales Tax: Domestic sales tax is calculated and collected based on the destination state's laws.

  • Surcharges: Fuel surcharges or carrier-specific peak surcharges may be passed through at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Expectations

  • Notifications: You will receive a tracking number via email (and SMS, if opted in) once your shipping label is created.

  • Estimates: Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier. We do not control the "final mile" of delivery.

  • Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your building manager. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately.


Address Changes, Undeliverable & Refusals

  • Pre-Shipment Changes: Address corrections made before the order is processed are free of charge.

  • Intercept Fee: If you request an address change after the order has shipped, a carrier Intercept Fee of $15.00 may apply, subject to carrier feasibility.

  • Returns & Refusals: Shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to provide an Adult Signature will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.

  • Reshipment: If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping fees.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us of damaged or missing items within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Evidence: For damaged items, please retain all packaging and provide clear photos to support your claim.

  • Resolution: We will investigate with the carrier. Replacements or refunds are issued at our sole discretion following the investigation.


Service Interruptions & Force Majeure

  • Events: We are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or peak-season carrier congestion.

  • No Guarantees: Delivery dates are not guaranteed during these events.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services or substitute carriers to ensure the best possible delivery outcome.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Window: You may request changes or cancellations before the fulfillment process begins.

  • Processed Orders: Once an order is processing or packed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Refunds: Cancelled orders are fully refunded. If an item is out-of-stock, we will refund that specific item and ship the remainder of your order.
